What do you wear to Zumba classes?
I was just wandering what anyone wears to zumba classes, do you wear just normal gym attire such as 3/4 joggers and a t-shirt or what? x
Thanks everyone, I was going to just wear my gym clothes, but I was just checking in case I turn up and everyone's wearing other things haha would be kind of embarrassing! x & yeah it sounds like so much fun, had really good reviews from friends and that. Just need to get rid of this baby weight!!! xxx
yes normal wear. comfortable.
so trainers are a must. jogging bottoms/shorts/3/4 lengths are also fine. basicaly you need to be comfortable in moving around a lot and sweating. MY GOD will you sweat! its a great work out and you wont realise how the time flies!
