I just did the Zumba Flat Abs DVD. I'm pretty fit but still have some love handles to get rid of. My abs don't feel anything. It was like 15 minutes long, and I hardly broke a sweat. Is it going to work, or should I switch to the hour-long full body one?
it does work i like it best because its better than just doing regular crunches on the floor but it really works your abs as long as you do the moves right... but also remember to do cardio first to burn fat then the ab workout to tighten the abdomen muscles
