Zumba Routines

just got the Wii Zumba!?

omgosh! its sooo much fun! i think im burning calories because im sweating and out of breath. but anyways i wanna loose maybe 30-35 pounds how long will it take? what routines and how long should i do and dance? please only answer if you have it and know what you're talking about, thanks!
i dont know why theres a question mark after the exclamation mark in the heading haha
i shouldn't say 30-35 pounds it may make me seem fat but im not. im like normal but i have "baby fat" and a huge butt. latina a**!


I do have it and I do know what i'm talking about. Everyone reflects new workout routines differently. I have found that Zumba and other dance games are great ways of having fun while working out but are not quite as effective as typical cardio workouts. My suggestion would be to build up to a couple hours a day. (based on the fact that you want to lose such a high amout of weight im assuming you are out of shape. sorry if im wrong) once you can comfortably do 2 hrs stay at that amout for a while. If you overdue it, it will make future wieght loss more difficult. If time permits increase length of dance. should take around 3-4 months if you are around 200 lbs. give or take based on current weight. also keep in mind to try and change your diet. good luck and try to stick with it.
