im 15 i weigh 121 lbs and im 5"3'. My goal weight is 115 Im vegan. I eat 1200 calories a day and burn around 500 by playing Zumba, Wii Fit and walking for 10mins. i cant go outside so i try to workout at home. Please dont tell me i dont need to lose more weight. I need help getting through this plateau.! :(
hm..Okay You're not FAT by any means but you can spare to shed a few pounds if you wish to.
My friend is 5ft tall and weighs 110 pounds. So you losing 6lbs wont be remotely dangerous by any means.
Okay, what you need to do is surprise your body with 1800 calories BUT dont stop exercising. Keep burning 500 calories when you do this. you will therefore, surprise your body with additional calories causing the metabolism to pick up and run faster.
I know you are plateaued which is why you should surprise your metabolism.
I'm assuming you eat tofu. Well, Try eating this for a week and see if you progress
(I did it and it seemed to work out great when i was plateaued!)
Breakfast:
1 cup diced tofu.
1 apple
2 glass of water.
Between Breakfast and Lunch:
3- 7 stalks of celery OR a carrot
1 glasses of water
Lunch:
1 cup of beans.
bell pepper cooked with some garlic and onion
2 glasses of water
Between Lunch and Dinner:
Pear or Apple or Orange
Dinner: Have what you normally would eat..But if i was you id have
A salad which consists of: 1 tomato. 1/2 a cucumber. 1/3rd Onion and then put spinach or lettuce or something..
Drink water!!
Try doing some kind of diet similar to this for a week and see if you progress. Dont forget to surprise your body with 1800 calories, and keep working out daily but take 2 days a week off!
