zumba workout routine?
Does anyone have a day to day workout plan for zumba DVDs I have them but not quite sure how to use them in order to get good results? Please help
Have you done any of the Zumba yet? Do you have the toning sticks? They help with the toning and sculpting dvd.
Anyway if you haven't done Zumba yet, this is the beginner's schedule:
Day 1: Zumba Basics
Day 2: Zumba Basics
Day 3: Zumba 20-Minute Express
Day 4: Free day (rest)
Day 5: Zumba 20-minute Express
Day 6: Free day
Day 7: Zumba 20-minute Express
The 10-day schedule once you know the basics:
Day 1: Zumba Cardio Party followed by Total Body Stretch
Day 2: Zumba Sculpt & Tone followed by Zumba Flat Abs
Day 3: Zumba Cardio Party followed by Total Body Stretch
Day 4: Free Day
Day 5: Zumba Cardio Party followed by Total Body Stretch
Day 6: Zumba Sculpt & Tone followed by Zumba Flat Abs
Day 7: Zumba Cardio Party followed by Total Body Stretch
Day 8: Free Day
Day 9: Zumba Live followed by Total Body Stretch
Day 10: Zumba Sculpt & Tone followed by Zumba Flat Abs
