Zumba work out-- HELP?
I want to do the Zumba work out well with the videos but I just want to tone my body I honestly do not need to lose weight just tone. Should I do it because I know that people use this to lose weight primarily. I am worried that I will lose weight and that is what I don't want because I am skinny as it is but just because someone is skinny it doesn't mean they are health. I also want to do this because I want my leg muscles back lol.. Thanks in advance!
To be on the safe side eat a lot of protein and eat a little more calories than you need and do Zumba. You will tone up and not lose weight. I LOVE Zumba!!
